Nokia E63

Friends, recently, during my second preboards, I bought a Nokia E63 mobile phone.. I would like to share my review about it. And hence, I am writing it here in my blog...

This cell phone has a dashing look with a nice qwerty key-board, highly recommended for business purposes. It has a good camera of 2 MegaPixel with LED Flash Light. Using the key 0 you can use the LED Flash as a torch as well. The cell phone is packed with numerous applications like QuickOffice, Active Notes, Wireless Keyboard, Notes, Dictionary, Intranet, Calculator, Calendar, Convertor, Printer, Zip, Adobe PDF, RealPlayer, 3-D Tones, Flash Player, Advanced Call Manager, WorldMate, Ovi Contacts & games like Solitaires, Global Blox, etc. It appears as if the Nokia brand had packed in games just for the name sake.. Perhaps gaming is not the ultimate motive of business standard phones like E63. It is nice to know that the phone is enabled with 3G, which means you can take the advantage of higher bandwidth & data transfer rate.

There are numerous applications, which you can install in Nokia E63. It is based on Symbian's S60 platform . Although it looks very similar to the elegant E71, but lacks GPS & InfraRed connectivity. Moreover it lacks the identical HSDPA. Never the less, what can you expect at such a lower price?? The price of this cell phone is hardly 10,000 Indian National Rupees.

4. It has Battery back up of : 12 Hours ( Talk- Time)
5. 3G Connectivity

CONS

1. Performance of Nokia E63 is quite slow.
2. Very frequently, it gets hanged up.
3. Better phones available at a lower price.
4. It lacks GPS & InfraRed.
